Did you figure out your shoulder issue? I'm 33 now, but when I was your age I ended up having chronic dislocation in my right shoulder. It started from martial arts training. Anyway, I've had this problem my whole life, and it has affected my workouts. Anyway, I suggest you see a Dr. and see what he says. sometimes physical therapy can really help the problem. I workout a lot, but there's some exercises I can never do, so I just have to work around that. peace out.

I meant to say legs and butt, something to tighten up the glutes and butt muscles.

Hey Artem. How about some lower body exercises to strengthen legs and abs? Hopefully those wouldn't affect your shoulder too much

Abs doesnt involve shoulders. How do I get a hold of you??? Various rotor cuff excercises you can do, just hard to explain by typing. I have powerlifted for 10 years, so many ideas also. Get Pavel Tsatsouline (bullet proof abs 2)
