Did you figure out your shoulder issue? I'm 33 now, but when I was your age I ended up having chronic dislocation in my right shoulder. It started from martial arts training. Anyway, I've had this problem my whole life, and it has affected my workouts. Anyway, I suggest you see a Dr. and see what he says. sometimes physical therapy can really help the problem. I workout a lot, but there's some exercises I can never do, so I just have to work around that. peace out.
Abs doesnt involve shoulders. How do I get a hold of you??? Various rotor cuff excercises you can do, just hard to explain by typing. I have powerlifted for 10 years, so many ideas also. Get Pavel Tsatsouline (bullet proof abs 2)
